Job Description

Monitoring stock levels, ensuring proper storage and organization of furniture items, conducting regular inventory checks, and reconciling stock discrepancies. Developing and implementing efficient dispatch strategies, including route optimization, scheduling deliveries, assigning tasks to drivers and warehouse staff. Coordinating with various departments like production, sales, customer service, and external vendors/transporters to ensure smooth flow of operations. Ensuring furniture items meet quality standards during storage and dispatch, adhering to transportation regulations and safety protocols. Maintaining accurate records of dispatch activities, preparing invoices, delivery notes, and other necessary reports. Supervising and training dispatch and store staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and fostering a positive work environment. Addressing issues related to deliveries, discrepancies, damages, or delays.
