Sales and Target Achievement ​Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the full range of dairy products (liquid milk, curd, paneer, ghee, etc.). ​Implement sales strategies to increase product penetration and visibility in retail outlets, supermarkets, institutions, and other distribution channels. ​Generate new business opportunities by identifying and onboarding new distributors, wholesalers, and key retail accounts. ​2. Distribution and Market Expansion ​Manage the distribution network within the assigned territory, ensuring efficient supply chain and timely delivery of perishable dairy goods. ​Conduct regular market visits to monitor product freshness, shelf placement, stock levels, and competitor activities. ​Identify new markets and channels (e.g., HoReCa - Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) to expand the company's footprint. ​3. Customer and Distributor Management ​Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing customers, distributors, and retailers. ​Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction. ​Negotiate sales terms, contracts, and promotional agreements with key stakeholders. ​4. Merchandising and Promotion ​Ensure optimal product display and visibility (merchandising) at all points of sale, following company guidelines. ​Execute in-store promotions, sampling activities, and marketing campaigns to boost sales and brand recall. ​Provide distributors and retailers with product knowledge and training. ​5.
