Description
About Praxia At Praxia, we enable manufacturing and CapEx-intensive businesses to scale efficiently by providing access to essential movable assets through operating leases. This offers a strategic alternative to traditional debt, allowing for significantly lower upfront cash outflows, faster disbursals, and minimal financial covenants. The asset remains off the client's balance sheet and under our ownership, the financial structure is inherently more flexible, and growth aligned. Our operating philosophy is grounded in four core pillars: Focus on Business-Critical Assets: We specialize in leasing high-impact machinery and equipment that are central to our clients’ operations—plant and capital assets that directly contribute to output, efficiency, and expansion. Transparent, All-In Pricing: Our rental structures are simple and clear. We provide all-in rental rates with no hidden charges, ensuring our clients have full visibility and predictability in their cost structure. Relationship-Driven Trust: At Praxia, we are more than just financiers—we are long-term partners. We build enduring relationships, working closely with our clients as they scale, evolve, and innovate. Our goal is to be a trusted financial ally, not a transactional vendor. Tailored Financing Solutions: No two businesses are alike. That’s why each lease is custom-designed to match the client’s unique cash flow cycles, growth objectives, and operational needs—offering true flexibility and alignment with their business journey. By combining financial innovation with deep sectoral understanding, Praxia empowers businesses to unlock growth without compromising liquidity or control. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy: Development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at strengthening brand visibility and driving customer engagement. Work closely with the senior management team to plan and implement integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns. Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with the brand’s voice and vision. Manage the development of promotional materials, including videos, brochures, email campaigns, and social media content. Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and analyze key marketing performance metrics to evaluate success and refine future strategies. Deliver actionable insights into customer behavior, market trends, and campaign effectiveness to support informed decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. 0-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management. Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns. Strong Organizational/Project management skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
