Are you passionate about building great teams and smooth operations? We’re looking for an HR & Admin professional to manage people, processes, and workplace experience at our Gurgaon HQ.

Location: Gurgaon (HQ)Experience: 3+ years in HR generalist/admin roles (startups or financial services preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment & onboarding across functions
  • Manage payroll, HR operations, benefits & compliance
  • Oversee workplace admin – office facilities, vendor management, travel
  • Drive employee engagement & retention initiatives

Requirements

  • Strong skills in recruitment, HR operations & communication
  • Process-oriented, organized & discreet
  • People-first mindset with the ability to balance HR and admin priorities
  • Bonus if you have experience with HRMS tools or event management
