Profile: HR & Admin Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 2–4 years

Salary Range ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 CTC per month

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources • Handle end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding.

• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and performance management system.

• Support employee engagement activities, training coordination, and team-building initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company standards.

• Assist in payroll preparation and employee benefits administration

Administration

• Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.

• Manage office supplies, equipment, vendor coordination, and facility management.

• Organize meetings, company events, and maintain office communication channels.

• Handle documentation, filing, and reporting for HR & Admin functions.

• Maintain monthly scorecard data for employees.

• Support management in operational tasks and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in HR & Administration (engineering/design services industry preferred).

• Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English.

• Good knowledge of HR practices, MS Office, and basic HR tools/software.

• Highly organized, proactive, and people-oriented mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
