Senior Manager, Asset Management

Passionate about assets, valuation, and building remarketing strategies? We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Asset Management to lead due diligence, recovery, and resale efforts for high-value equipment and leased assets.

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 2+ years in asset finance, repossession, equipment remarketing, or valuation

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed asset-level due diligence before lease approvals (demand, depreciation, resale pricing)
• Prepare comprehensive asset reports before disbursement
• Drive recovery & remarketing — engage with OEMs, brokers, auction houses, and buyers
• Lead the asset recovery process during defaults (repossession, storage, resale).

Requirements

• Strong analytical, communication & relationship management skills
• Experience in asset valuation, recovery, or remarketing within financial services, leasing, or equipment finance
• Bonus if you have a strong industry network in valuation & resale ecosystems
• Proactive mindset, outstanding work ethic, and strong follow-through
