Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to manage our digital presence and support marketing activities. The ideal candidate should have strong creativity, content ideas, and hands-on experience in social media handling, promotions, and branding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and handle all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube,etc.)
• Create engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, captions, and posters
• Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and external agencies when required
• Visit institute activities/events and create live content
• Handle basic video editing and photo selection for posts
• Monitor social media messages, comments, and inquiries
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
• Assist in offline marketing activities such as events, promotions, and campaigns

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing or social media handling
• Strong creative thinking and content planning skills
• Basic knowledge of Canva, video editing apps, or similar tools
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for creativity, trends, and digital marketing

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in educational or aviation industry marketing
• Knowledge of Instagram reels, trending content, and analytics
• Photography or videography skills (added advantage)
