About TKJ’s Ice Tea

TKJ’s Ice Tea is a canned iced tea brand built for high-footfall retail environments like airports and cinema halls. We’re expanding our presence across India and are looking for a hands-on marketing owner who can drive brand visibility and execute end-to-end.


Role Overview

We’re hiring a marketing person who will take ownership of our social media, events and execution, brand collaborations, and photoshoots—while also supporting online sales initiatives. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can plan and execute, not just coordinate.


Key Responsibilities

Social Media (Ownership)

  • Own TKJ’s social media calendar across platforms (Instagram primarily; others as needed)
  • Create and publish content (reels/posts/stories), coordinate creators, and ensure consistent brand voice
  • Track performance (reach, engagement, follower growth) and iterate weekly


Events & Activations (Execution-heavy)

  • Plan and execute brand activations at airports/cinema halls/college fests/pop-ups (as applicable)
  • Coordinate vendors, permissions, staffing, and on-ground execution
  • Capture content from events and repurpose for social


Brand Collaborations & Partnerships

  • Identify and close collaborations with creators, youth brands, cafés/QSRs, and event partners
  • Manage collaboration execution end-to-end (deliverables, timelines, content approvals)


Photoshoots & Content Production

  • Plan photoshoots for product and lifestyle content (moodboards, shot lists, props)
  • Coordinate photographers/videographers/editors and ensure output quality
  • Maintain a content library that the team can reuse


Online Sales Support

  • Support online sales initiatives (Amazon/Swiggy Instamart/Blinkit/website—based on current priorities)
  • Coordinate product listings, basic creatives, and campaign support with internal/external partners
  • Work with the founder/team to run small experiments to improve conversions


What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years experience in brand marketing, social media, partnerships, or growth marketing (F&B is a plus)
  • Strong execution skills: you can take a plan and make it happen end-to-end
  • Comfortable working with creators, vendors, and on-ground teams
  • Good taste level for content (visual sense + understanding of Gen Z)
  • Basic understanding of online sales funnels and what drives conversions
  • Willingness to travel for shoots/events when needed


Nice to Have

  • Experience working with D2C/FMCG brands
  • Hands-on video editing or design skills (Basic stuff like Canva/Adobe basics/ ChatGPT / Gemini etc)
  • Existing network of creators/photographers/event partners
