Job Description:
We are looking for a smart and energetic Front Office & Admissions Executive to manage front desk operations and student enquiries. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors at the front desk
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to course enquiries and admissions
• Maintain enquiry records and follow up with potential students
• Coordinate with academic and marketing departments for admissions support
• Manage front office operations and ensure a professional reception area
• Assist with documentation and basic administrative work

Requirements:

• Qualification: Any Degree
• Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is an advantage)
• Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.)
• Pleasant personality with a positive attitude
• Prior experience in front office or telecalling preferred

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience)
