Job Title: Marketing Manager – Real Estate

Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will spearhead and implement performance marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads and enhance brand visibility for real estate projects using platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Taboola, MyGate, AdOnMo, and more. This role focuses on supporting project launches, driving site traffic (both online and on-ground), and collaborating cross-functionally for integrated campaigns aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Campaigns:
Develop and execute paid performance campaigns across digital platforms targeting buyers, investors, and brokers – maximizing inquiries for residential and commercial properties.
Hyperlocal & Out-Of-Home Activation:
Leverage MyGate and AdOnMo to activate hyperlocal communities and drive traffic for site visits, events, and launches.
SEO Strategy & Implementation:
Build and optimize SEO roadmaps for new and existing projects, ensuring top visibility for search terms such as luxury apartments, property investment, and project-specific keywords.
Creative & Collateral Coordination:
Work closely with the graphic design team to produce high-impact creatives, brochures, banners, and digital assets tailored for each property.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Gather requirements from on-site sales and CRM teams to deliver collateral and assets needed for events, launches, and ongoing promotions.
Cross-Channel Integration:
Align digital campaigns with offline, PR, and event activities to maximize unified brand messaging and measurable conversion outcomes.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Track lead sources, analyze campaign performance, and report actionable insights to improve cost per lead and lead quality, utilizing Google Analytics and real estate-focused CRMs.
Industry Trends:
Stay updated on digital marketing advancements and competitor strategies in the real estate market, adapting new tools and practices for lead generation and branding.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
4–7 years of experience in real estate digital marketing and performance campaigns.
In-depth expertise in running property lead campaigns, managing budgets, and optimizing ROI using industry-standard ad and analytics platforms.
Practical knowledge of SEO for real estate projects, landing page optimization, and local digital outreach.
Strong collaborative skills for working across design, site operations, and third-party vendors.
Excellent communication, data analytics, and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience launching large residential, commercial, or plotted development projects.
Familiarity with real estate CRM and marketing automation tools.
Creative flair for property storytelling, branding, and lead nurturing.
