Job Summary

As a Presales Executive at CK Infinia, you will play a critical role in qualifying potential leads, nurturing them, scheduling site visits, and maintaining consistent follow-ups to ensure a seamless experience for prospective customers. Your role will bridge the gap between lead generation and sales, requiring excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential leads to qualify them based on predefined criteria and identify genuine prospects.
  • Nurture leads by providing them with details about the projects they are interested in, including specifications, pricing, and location highlights.
  • Schedule property site visits for qualified leads and coordinate with the Sales team to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to address queries and ensure high engagement throughout the process.
  • Implement effective lead scoring techniques to prioritize high-quality prospects.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of all lead interactions in the CRM tool.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to optimize lead-handling processes.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements to enhance conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a pre-sales or sales support role, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of real estate markets, project specifications, and client profiles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with prospects.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to nurturing and converting leads.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to dynamic sales processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

  • Pre-sales: 1 year (Preferred)
