The ideal candidate will drive digital campaigns, generate quality leads, and elevate our brand's online presence using the latest digital marketing tools and strategies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Digital Campaign Management Plan, implement, and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital channels. Work closely with creative and design teams to develop impactful ad creatives and landing pages. Social Media Management Develop and schedule engaging property-focused content on social media platforms. Manage community engagement by responding to inquiries and nurturing online relationships. Lead Generation & CRM Integration Deploy targeted ads to attract and capture qualified leads for property inquiries. Integrate ad campaigns with CRM systems to ensure efficient lead tracking and nurturing. Analytics & Reporting Monitor campaign KPIs (e.g., cost per lead, click-through rate, conversion rate). Analyse performance data and produce actionable insights to optimize campaigns for ROI. SEO & Content OptimizationEnhance website and landing page content to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic. Deploy content marketing strategies to support brand growth. Collaboration Coordinate with sales, design, and content teams for aligned marketing efforts. Provide regular updates and reports to management on campaign performance and opportunities. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. Skills in audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion funnel optimization. Proficiency in Google Analytics and Ads Manager. Strong copywriting, creative, and visual communication skills relevant to real estate. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and best digital marketing practices. Effective organization and project management skills. Preferred Qualifications #REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE IS MUST Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related discipline. Certifications in Google Ads and/or Meta Ads. Experience in real estate digital marketing is an advantage. Familiarity with CRM systems and automation tools. To draft and execute the JDA, GPA, Agreement to Sell, Agreement to Build, Sale Deed, Lease Deed and other kind of Legal document / legal requirement as and when required by the company. To prepare the check list for the legal documents required when the new property identified and the same need to be scrutinized for RTC, Mutation, Mother Deed, Survey Sketch, Village plan, Atlas Tipany, endorsement etc., based on the check list. To collect / arrange the left-out document as per the check list with in scheduled time from the concerned / competitive Authority To appraise self on the new project and its schedule of execution and completion, accordingly to plan for the legal requirement well in time To Co-ordinate with CRM for the Project Drawing the same is shared with the BBMP Approved Drafts man to get prepare the Drawing for the Plan Sanction To submit the Sanction Plan Drawing to Competitive Authority for Approval and Khatha preparation To get cleared all the legal document cleared from BBMP or any Competitive authority, which will enable the Project Team to execute the Project To prepare a neat and detailed Project Booklet to share with Customers & Banks for legal clearance. The information should be gathered from various department by a continual communication to complete the task well in time To Coordinate with sales to get the legal clearance from Bank for the project, this will enable to introduce to the customers for Loan purpose To clear the doubts of customers / loan sanctioning Bank on the legal issues To follow up legal clearance from Bank panel advocates To interact and coordinate with customers through Sales Team, for drafting Sale Deed and finalizing the same To Coordinate with MD & Customer through the sales team and fixing the date for registration and complete the formalities in a smoother way for the customers. To maintain all the Agreements (Agreement to Sell / Build, Sale Deed & other documents), Project wise in a neat way of Filing System To Maintain the Project wise data sheet of all the detail mentioned, which may be required for the management, Statutory Department, Financial Institutions and for Internal discussion To assist with CRM for formation of Association, after the completion of the Project. To maintain all the statutory documents of the Company properties and alert the Management for the tax dues and to clear the same in time. To attend to all the legal issues related and send a reply or take suitable action by interacting with internal team, as and when required.
