REAL ESTATE PRESALES
Connecting with the live customer leads given by the company and network with Registered & New Clients.
Managing client query on phone & convert tele-conversation into a personal meeting.
Providing best possible solution to customer.
Good Communication is Must.
Site and Property Visits
Follow-Up after visits and ensuring Closures
Looking for Candidate who has are willing to work into Sales & Marketing.
Sharing right information to the clients about the property and understanding their requirements.
Convincing the leads to visit the site.
Aggressively following up with the qualified leads to ensure site visits.
Follow up with the client after a site visit to understand the client s site visit experience
Responsible for networking with Customers.
Regular Follow up with customers for the booking.
Willing to work on weekends and Tuesdays will be weekly off.
Salary and Incentives provided are best in Industry.
Prefer Immediately Joining.
