Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing, SEO & Lead Generation

  • Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Execute SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page, off-page, and technical coordination.
  • Optimize campaigns for engagement, reach, lead generation, and ROI.
  • Track and analyse digital metrics via Google Analytics and other tools.

2. Social Media Management

  • Create and manage social media content calendars for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Develop creative ideas for posts, reels, and videos with the design and content team.
  • Monitor engagement, grow followership, and respond to audience interactions.

3. Website Management

  • Coordinate website updates, banners, landing pages, blogs, and SEO-driven content.
  • Ensure the website is current, engaging, and aligned with ongoing campaigns and events.

4. PR, Media & Communications

  • Draft press releases, media notes, and communication content for key company initiatives.
  • Coordinate with PR agencies and media houses to secure brand visibility.
  • Support leadership with articles, interviews, and communication material.

5. Events, Conferences & Awards

  • Plan and support execution of corporate events, conferences, and brand activations.
  • Coordinate vendor management, logistics, presentations, and branding.
  • Identify suitable industry awards and manage submissions, documentation, and communication.
  • Support leadership with podcast preparation and content development.

7. Presentations & Research

  • Create high-quality PPT presentations for leadership, events, sales, and strategic meetings.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market insights to support strategy and content planning.
  • Provide data-backed marketing recommendations.

8. Brand & Creative Coordination

  • Ensure all marketing materials follow brand guidelines and visual consistency.
  • Coordinate with designers, video editors, and agencies for timely asset production.

9. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with HR, Sales, Operations, and Product teams for internal campaigns, collaterals, and communication support.
  • Support employer branding initiatives through social media and content

Qualifications

  • Bachelors/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing roles with hands-on digital and communication experience.
