Industry & Sector: A high-growth player in AI-enabled product engineering and enterprise SaaS, building intelligent automation, analytics, and ML-powered products for B2B customers across healthcare, fintech, and industrial verticals. We design scalable solutions that translate advanced research into commercial impact for enterprise buyers and channel partners.

Role: Marketing Manager (Digital & Growth) On-site, India

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and execute an integrated digital growth strategy to generate qualified leads, accelerate pipeline, and improve customer acquisition metrics across target enterprise segments.

  • Plan, launch, and continuously optimize paid acquisition campaigns (search, social, and display) to maximize ROI and lower CAC.

  • Own organic growth: implement technical SEO, content strategy, on-page optimization, and backlink initiatives to increase search visibility and organic traffic.

  • Design and operate lead-nurture programs and lifecycle campaigns in marketing automation to improve MQL SQL conversion and shorten sales cycles.

  • Collaborate with product, sales, design, and analytics teams to create GTM campaigns, product launches, case studies, and sales enablement materials.

  • Instrument and report campaign performance using analytics and dashboards; run A/B tests and data-driven experiments to iterate on conversion funnels and user journeys.
