Location: India (back office supporting Australia)
Compensation: ₹80,000 per month
Reports to: Australian Management Team

About the Role

We’re seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to own our digital growth engine and brand governance for the Australian market. You’ll manage agencies and SLAs, keep brand messaging tight, run website and social in real time, drive CRM and EDM programs, and embed AI/IVR to scale customer communications. This is a 360° role spanning strategy, execution, reporting, and cross-time-zone collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

· Digital & Agency Management: Align agency outputs to goals; enforce SLAs and KPIs; deliver performance reports.

· Brand Governance: Maintain voice/visual standards; run content approvals per guidelines.

· Cross‑Platform Campaigns: Plan and execute integrated campaigns; optimize to targets.

· Website Management: Oversee real‑time updates, UX/CRO, SEO, GA4/UTM tracking.

· Social Media Strategy: Set channel strategy; execute calendars; iterate from analytics and feedback.

· EDM Programs: Segment audiences; run nurture/newsletters; lift open/click and conversions.

· Event Marketing: Drive registration and engagement; manage logistics and post‑event follow‑ups.

· 360 Marketing Calendar: Maintain a single calendar coordinating all channels and campaigns.

· CRM Management: Govern data quality and journeys; analyze feedback to refine strategies.

· AI & IVR Integration: Implement AI tools for customer communication; oversee IVR for efficiency.

· Reporting & Analytics: Present insights and recommendations to AU management; measure impact.

· Team & Collaboration: Lead one admin resource; liaise India–Australia for execution.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

· Agency SLA adherence at/above target

· Improving lead quality and conversion rates

· Positive trends in website CVR, lower CPL, healthy ROAS

· CRM data hygiene and clear source‑to‑outcome attribution

· Growth in social and EDM engagement vs baselines

· On‑time delivery of the 360° calendar

Required Qualifications

· Bachelors in Marketing/Business (Master’s preferred)

· 5+ years in digital and brand management

· Proven agency/SLA management

· Strong CRM expertise (segmentation, journeys, attribution)

· Familiarity with AI for marketing and IVR systems

· Excellent communication, organization, leadership; effective cross‑functional work

Preferred Skills

· Content writing and editing for multi‑channel assets

· Highly organized; strong project management

· Digital agency experience

· Design principles understanding; collaborate effectively with designers

· Experience in disability care/health services (advantage)

· Knowledge of Australian market dynamics and cultural nuances

Tools (Nice to Have)

· GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio

· Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads

· HubSpot/Zoho/CRM; Mailchimp/Klaviyo/HubSpot Marketing Hub

· WordPress/Webflow; basic HTML/CSS

· Make.com/Zapier; Twilio/Exotel

· Canva/Figma/Adobe Creative Cloud

Work Model & Hours

This is a full-time position aligned with Australian time zones:

  • 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM (October – March)
  • 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM (April – September)
  • Saturday Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM

India-based role with regular overlap with Australian time zones; some early IST starts may be required for meetings and real-time campaign actions.
