Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Lead to drive brand awareness, foot traffic, and tenant engagement for Bhumi World Outlet Mall and Bhumi World Industrial Park. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for retail, events, and community-building to position the mall as a premier shopping destination. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and execute the outlet mall’s brand strategy to attract shoppers, retain tenants, and differentiate the mall in a competitive retail landscape. Collaborate with creative agencies, media partners, and vendors to design and implement omnichannel campaigns (digital, social media, outdoor, radio, print, and BTL activations). Produce compelling marketing assets , including promotional videos, tenant spotlights, event collaterals, email campaigns, and loyalty program materials. Drive targeted marketing campaigns (seasonal sales, holiday events, grand openings) to boost foot traffic, customer retention, and sales across tenants. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints (website, social media, signage, ads) and uphold brand guidelines for visual/verbal identity. Design hyper-local and regional strategies to engage nearby communities, tourists, and corporate partners, leveraging partnerships with local businesses. Partner with mall tenants to co-create co-marketing initiatives, cross-promotions, and events that enhance visibility for both the mall and retailers. Monitor retail trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovative campaigns, pop-ups, or experiential activations. Collaborate with operations, leasing, and tenant relations teams to address retailer needs, gather customer feedback, and improve the overall shopping experience. Primary Skills: Expertise in retail marketing, brand management, and experiential campaigns . Analytical mindset with experience in foot traffic analysis, customer demographics, and campaign ROI measurement. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for building relationships with tenants, agencies, and local partners. Data-driven problem-solving to optimize campaigns and adapt to market shifts. Passion for event planning, community engagement, and creative storytelling . Requirements: 2+ years of experience in brand/marketing roles , preferably in retail, hospitality, or real estate. Proven track record in managing ATL/BTL campaigns , events, and digital/social media strategies. Experience collaborating with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams. Knowledge of retail trends, omnichannel marketing , and customer loyalty strategies. Ability to influence stakeholders, from senior leadership to tenant teams. Excellent communication skills; proficiency in leveraging CRM tools and analytics platforms. Familiarity with local market dynamics and experience in regional marketing is a plus. Show more Show less
