We are a lean and dynamic team looking for a proactive Marketing Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and managing existing relationships.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven Marketing Manager with a strong sales background to expand our client base and generate scaffolding rental orders. The ideal candidate will be an independent go-getter with excellent communication skills (English & Hindi), a persuasive personality, and the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development & Lead Generation:
• Identify and approach new clients (construction firms, contractors, project managers) working on industrial projects.
• Generate leads via cold calling, site visits, networking, and digital platforms (IndiaMART, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Travel Pan-India to meet potential clients, understand project requirements, and close deals.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct follow-ups for payments, contract renewals, and order confirmations.
• Sales & Negotiation:
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for scaffolding rentals.
• Marketing & Branding:
• Develop marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility in the industrial construction sector.
• Manage digital marketing efforts (Google Ads, social media, email campaigns).
• Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
• Track upcoming industrial projects (refineries, power plants, cement plants) and target potential clients.
• Analyze competitor pricing and services to position Motiaz Scaffolder competitively.
• Payment Follow-Ups & Coordination:
• Ensure timely collections by following up with clients on pending payments.
• Coordinate with operations teams for material dispatch and logistics.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in B2B sales/marketing, preferably in scaffolding/construction equipment rental, industrial services, or related fields.
• Communication: Fluent in English & Hindi (written & spoken) – must be able to draft professional emails and engage confidently with clients.
• Personality: Charismatic, persuasive, and proactive – should be able to initiate conversations, build rapport, and close deals.
• Work Ethic: Self-starter who requires minimal supervision – must take ownership of targets and execute strategies independently.
• Willingness to Travel: Extensive Pan-India travel (construction sites, client offices, industrial hubs).
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and lead-generation platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
