Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Pune. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, developing brand awareness, managing marketing campaigns, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. This role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business goals and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Marketing strategy development and campaign management skills
• Experience in market research and data analysis
• Strong branding and brand management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• MBA or advanced degree in Marketing is a plus
• Experience in the financial services industry is advantageous
