Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and oversee all marketing operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, increasing brand awareness, managing campaigns, and driving customer acquisition and retention. This role requires a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies, as well as the ability to lead integrated digital and offline marketing efforts from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Oversee and manage marketing campaigns across various platforms (digital, print, social media, etc.)
• Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring clear goals and accountability
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor analysis
• Manage the company’s brand and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
• Coordinate with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure unified marketing strategies
• Plan and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare detailed reports on marketing ROI
• Organize promotional events, product launches, and trade shows
• Supervise content creation, advertising, and promotional materials
• Build strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
