Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Tiruvalla. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategies to meet organizational growth objectives. Daily tasks include conducting market research, generating leads, pitching products or services, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves collaborating with various departments to align business growth goals and ensuring client satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in Business Development and Sales, with a focus on client acquisition and retention Strong skills in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Strategic Planning Excellent negotiation, pitching, and presentation skills Superior interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work on-site in Tiruvalla and collaborate with various teams Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred Experience in the financial sector is an added advantage Note : Knowledge in Financial Products Like FD, Insurance will be an added advantage.
