Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement marketing plans for R&D services, training programs, and life science business initiatives.

• Build and maintain CRM pipelines; monitor and report key lead and conversion metrics.

• Collaborate with R&D teams and front office staff to prepare quotations, proposals, and client communications.

• Represent Athmic Biotech at industry events, academic conferences, and campus outreach programs.

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns, ensuring a consistent and impactful content calendar.

Qualifications

• MSc/M.Tech in Life Sciences / Biotechnology (PhD preferred but not mandatory).

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, business development, or technology transfer within a scientific or R&D environment.

• Strong communication, presentation, and networking abilities.

• Proven ability to translate technical concepts into compelling value propositions.

Location: Thiruvananthapuram / Chennai (willingness to travel required).
