In 2026, ECA will celebrate 20 years of delivering world-class education.Learn more at: https://eca.edu.auWe’re seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive student recruitment and brand engagement for the University of Tasmania’s Sydney and Melbourne study centres, managed by ECA. This is a remote, contract role supporting one of Australia’s most respected universities through a growing international education group.You’ll play a key role in student recruitment, brand development, and partner relationship management. Based in India, Indonesia, the Philippines or Malaysia, you’ll work remotely with our high-performing team to help drive enrolments, student experience, and graduate outcomes.Work with the University of Tasmania, one of Australia’s leading universities, which consistently ranks within the world’s top 500 universities and ECA, a leading global education provider, to gain international experience and enjoy the flexibility of remote working.This is a contract role for 12 months to cover a paternity leave period. But with ECA’s rapid growth across Australia, India, and Southeast Asia, future opportunities may follow.Key Responsibilities:Partner Engagement & Approvals· Build strong working relationships with University of Tasmania stakeholders· Coordinate the approvals process for marketing materialsMarketing Planning & Brand Strategy· Manage development and delivery of the annual marketing plan· Develop student and course insights to shape go-to-market strategy· Create compelling course propositions· Manage and evolve the brand style guideBrand Execution· Develop content and templates aligned with university brand guidelines· Oversee campus branding and signage· Coordinate production of student handbooks, course guides, and collateral· Manage website content and social media assets· Deliver marketing materials for events and campaignsStudent Recruitment Support· Develop B2B2C marketing assets for education agent channels· Manage email and WhatsApp campaigns using Zoho· Execute lead nurturing and conversion campaigns· Support virtual and in-person recruitment eventsAs the successful candidate, you will ideally have:· Excellent written English and an eye for design and detail· A positive, engaging personality· 5+ years in marketing roles, preferably in education or B2B2C environments· Demonstrated ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships· Proven success managing marketing projects to deliver in-full, on-time· Experience developing compelling value propositions· Experience creating purposeful content for websites, social, email, and events· Experience managing design agencies· Familiarity with tools like Zoho, Canva, Microsoft 365In return we will offer you: · Global exposure to purpose-driven work with a rapidly growing organisation.· Remote flexibility.
