Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role involves overseeing marketing activities, managing the marketing team, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the brand's presence is effectively communicated across various channels. The Marketing Manager works closely with other departments to align marketing strategies with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and plans that align with company objectives.
  • Identify target markets, segments, and positioning strategies to enhance market presence. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

2. Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure campaigns are cost-effective.
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

3. Content & Brand Management:

  • Oversee brand consistency across all channels.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency.
  • Lead content marketing initiatives including blogs, social media, videos, case studies, and email campaigns etc.
  • Conduct brand audits and manage brand perception and reputation.

4. Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve high performance.
  • Assign tasks, set performance goals, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.

5. Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors and give pricing recommendations for realizing optimal sale price.
  • Analyze data to generate insights and inform marketing strategies.
  • Use market research to identify new product opportunities and areas for growth.

6. Product Marketing:

  • Collaborate with product development teams to launch new products and services.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates products in the market.
  • Create and implement go-to-market strategies for new product launches.

7. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Develop and manage CRM programs to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for personalized marketing.
  • Implement strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction.

8. Digital Marketing:

  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Manage the company’s online presence and ensure website content is up-to-date and optimized.
  • Analyze digital metrics and adjust strategies to improve online performance.

9. Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Define and monitor marketing KPIs—CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rate, engagement metrics.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Hub Spot, CRM dashboards, and Data Studio.

10. Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Experiment with emerging channels such as influencer marketing, voice search, and AI-powered personalization.
  • Leverage automation tools and CRM systems to streamline campaigns.
  • Stay current with marketing, customer experience, and data privacy trends.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
