Job Description

We’re looking for a hands-on Python developer who enjoys turning product ideas into production-ready web services. You’ll own features end-to-end—from Django models to asynchronous tasks in Celery—and make sure they remain fast, secure, and observable in production. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain REST APIs in Django or Django REST Framework Develop background jobs & queues with Celery, communicating via Redis or RabbitMQ Write unit/integration tests and participate in code reviews Diagnose performance issues, profile query bottlenecks, and tune caching layers Containerise apps (Docker) and collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines Work closely with product managers and designers to ship iterative, user-centric features Must-Have Skills 1–2 years of professional Python development Solid grasp of Django conventions (ORM, auth, middleware, signals) Experience building and monitoring Celery workers Working knowledge of Redis (caching, message brokering, key-structures) Familiarity with Git workflows, unit testing (pytest), and RESTful API design Comfortable with Linux command line and Docker basics Good-to-Have Exposure to async frameworks (FastAPI, aiohttp) Basic front-end chops (React or Vue) for full-stack collaboration Understanding of PostgreSQL optimisation and SQL indexing Experience instrumenting apps with Prometheus / Grafana or similar APM AWS/GCP deployment know-how (ECS, EKS, Cloud Run, RDS) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹19,100.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Fixed shift Monday to Friday Experience: Python Developer: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
