Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement across platforms.
• Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to achieve lead generation and conversion goals.
• Drive online sales strategies, including funnel optimization, lead nurturing, and remarketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and improvement plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (0-2 years) in social media marketing, performance marketing, and online sales.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Creative mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience in leveraging AI tools for marketing or analytics will be considered a strong plus.
