Online Sales Representative

Role Overview We're looking for a dynamic Online Sales & Support Representative to be the face and voice of LORIO for our customers in Delhi and nearby regions. Your job? Connect with truck owners, onboard them to the platform, provide ongoing support, and help them see real value from our solution. 🔧 Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp chats, and social media DMs for customer acquisition and support. Explain product features, pricing, and benefits in a simple, relatable way (often in Hinglish!). Onboard new users and provide demos via ZOOM and VIRTUAL MEET. Solve user issues quickly and effectively, escalating only when needed. Coordinate with field teams and logistics partners as needed. Maintain CRM records and provide customer insights to the product and marketing teams. ✅ Requirements 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-support, or customer success (logistics/transport experience is a plus). Strong communication skills in Hindi & English (Hinglish preferred). Tech-savvy with comfort using CRMs, WhatsApp Business, and Google Workspace tools.
