Online Sales Representative

You will be responsible for the following tasks: - Handling customer inquiries across online platforms and guiding them through their purchase - Sharing clear product information and converting leads into sales - Managing and updating sales listings on e-commerce and marketplace platforms - Keeping CRM and follow-ups on track - Resolving customer concerns and ensuring a strong post-sales experience - Coordinating with production and dispatch teams for smooth order flow We are looking for someone with the following qualifications: - Strong communication and customer-handling skills - Comfort with digital sales, social media interaction, and e-commerce workflows - Good negotiation skills and ability to build rapport quickly - Experience in online sales or retail is preferred - Bonus if you have exposure to production-sales coordination In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications mentioned above, the salary for this position ranges from 15,000 to 20,000 per month based on qualifications.
