What You’ll Do

✅ Handle customer inquiries across online platforms and guide them through their purchase

✅ Share clear product information and convert leads into sales

✅ Manage and update sales listings on e-commerce and marketplace platforms

✅ Keep CRM and follow-ups on track

✅ Resolve customer concerns and ensure a strong post-sales experience

✅ Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for smooth order flow 🚚

🔎 What We’re Looking For

✅ Strong communication and customer-handling skills

✅ Comfort with digital sales, social media interaction, and e-commerce workflows

✅ Good negotiation skills and ability to build rapport quickly

✅ Experience in online sales or retail is preferred

✅ Bonus: exposure to production–sales coordination

✅ Languages: English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus) 🗣️

✅ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar

✅ Experience: 1–2 years

💰 Salary

₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month (based on qualifications)
