You’ll be closely involved in executing campaigns, repackaging thought leadership, supporting events, and managing brand consistency across digital touchpoints. You will work hands-on with senior mentors and the leadership team. High-performing interns will be considered for full-time employment at the end of the internship.

• Write, schedule, and track content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and WA using content calendars
• Help create email newsletters for investor series (Beyond Returns™, Steward’s Note™), advisory insights (Between the Lines™), and monthly updates
• Design decks, brochures, and content assets using Canva and other new-age tools.
• Repackage long-form articles and transcripts into short, engaging posts
• Assist in creating talking points and briefs for reels, carousels, and founder-led posts

• Assist in planning and executing visibility campaigns for mentees across cities
• Coordinate Meta ad creatives, ad copy, and WA opt-ins
• Track campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and WA Business API
• Maintain content banks, hashtag lists, and engagement formats

• Promote and coordinate webinars, roundtables, and live Zoom sessions
• Build and manage invite lists, reminders, and feedback capture

4. Brand Research & Strategy

• Research new content formats, financial influencer trends, and creative benchmarks
• Contribute ideas to enhance OAWA’s authority as a premium brand
• Support audience segmentation and persona building to improve message targeting
• Participate in internal brainstorming and reflection sessions on brand tonality and narrative design

5. Marketing Operations & Tools

• Maintain marketing tracker dashboards in Notion/Google Sheets
• Work across new-age tools like:

• Canva, Notion, Google Suite

• Meta Business Suite

  (for scheduling)

• Mailchimp and other email marketing tools

• Captions / Figma/ Heygen/ Google Slides

  for visual formatting

By the end of this internship, you will learn:

• How brand narratives are built in the financial services sector and consulting
• End-to-end execution of digital marketing and visibility systems
• The science of high-trust communication in B2B consulting
• Campaign management, content marketing, and persona-driven storytelling
• How to work in a mentorship-led environment with structured reviews and feedback loops

Stipend & Benefits

• Monthly stipend: As per industry norms

• 5.5-day work week (Monday to Saturday half-day)
