This is a defining moment in our trajectory, and we are looking for a Founder's Office Intern to work closely with the leadership on everything that directly influences Lovegen’s growth strategy in 2025. This is a super high-ownership role — we’re looking for someone dead serious about building something from the ground up. The ideal candidate should be highly data-driven with a strong bias for action. They must be self-motivated, self-starters, and are able to efficiently execute on multiple tasks at once. Responsibilities: Brainstorm, plan, and execute initiatives across verticals with the leadership from concept to execution Assist with PnL building and focus intensely on KPIs that drive profitability Track business metrics and prepare performance reports for review Conduct research on the D2C fashion market and trends Assist with performance marketing campaigns, hiring, store activations (planned), and driving operational improvements Take ownership of ad-hoc high-impact projects Requirements: Highly proactive, ownership-driven, and comfortable wearing multiple hats Thrives in unstructured environments with high growth and high expectation A background in fashion is a plus, but not required Currently pursuing graduation from Tier 1 DU colleges, IITs, or IIITs is preferred Strong quantitative and analytical skills, proficiency in Excel/Sheets is a must This is a paid, WFO internship based out of our office in Sector 136, Noida.

This role offers hands-on experience in HR functions, working in a dynamic and creative environment. Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews to find the best talent for our growing team Employee Engagement: Help plan and execute fun team activities, celebrations, and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
