Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition:

  Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews to find the best talent for our growing team

• Employee Engagement:

  Help plan and execute fun team activities, celebrations, and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

• HR Operations:

  Support in maintaining employee records, onboarding processes, and other administrative tasks

• Policy Development:

  Collaborate on drafting and implementing workplace policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For

• A proactive, energetic individual with a keen interest in HR and people management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Prior exposure to HR (through internships or coursework) is a plus
• Students from Delhi University (DU) will be preferred
