Job Title: Mentor & Coach

Location: OAWA, Andheri West, Mumbai

Working days: 5 days/week (Monday to Saturday half-day)

OAWA helps advisors transition from founder-led chaos to system-led scale using 16 proprietary business tools across three signature tracks Foundation, Momentum, and Pinnacle.

Role Summary

Were hiring a full-time Mentor-Coach to join our core mentorship team at OAWAs Mumbai office. You will directly manage a portfolio of 30 to 40 high-intent wealth managers and guide them across our proprietary frameworks, tools, and mindset models. This is not a classroom training role. This is a transformation role that blends structured systems, behavioural psychology, and 1-on-1 coaching rigor.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentorship delivery: Conduct live, structured coaching sessions (1-on-1 and group), across the Foundation, Momentum, and Pinnacle tracks.
• Accountability partner: Track mentee progress, habit cycles, and tool implementation; identify blockers and nudge action consistently.
• Tool deployment: Train and handhold mentees in using OAWAs proprietary business tools (e.g., Business Pulse Audit, Precision Client Mapping, SCALE Sales Mastery).
• Mindset shifts: Trigger identity-level breakthroughs using emotional intelligence, storytelling, and behavioural insights.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO (Chief mentor) and other coaches to align session quality, reporting, and mentorship rhythms.
• Content feedback: Share feedback loops to help evolve tools, session design, and delivery assets.

Experience and skill:

• Background: 10+ years of experience in coaching, training, financial advisory, consulting, or business transformation roles.
• Persona: Intellectually sharp, emotionally calm, professionally grounded.
• Style: You listen deeply, challenge gently, and guide with authority.
• Presence: You know how to hold a room, virtually and in person with maturity and gravitas.
• Values: You operate from clarity, consistency, and deep client-centric care.

Expectations:

• Location: Willingness to work from OAWAs office in Andheri West, Mumbai. Its not a WFH role and not a hybrid role too.
• Time commitment: Full-time, with 5 day work weeks.
• Mentee load: Comfortable managing 30 to 40 mentees across different stages of their business growth.
• Execution skills: Strong with documentation, follow-ups, WA nudges, and progress tracking tools.
• Tech tools: Familiarity with Zoom, Notion, Fathom, Google Suite, and CRM systems (training will be provided).
• Delivery: Ability to lead multiple sessions per day, plus daily check-ins and asynchronous support.

Preferred:

• Past experience mentoring MFDs, RIA teams, or boutique advisory firms.
• Certification in coaching (ICF, NLP, Behavioural Sciences).
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Hindi/Marathi/Gujarati).
• Experience working in the financial services or fintech ecosystem.
