Desired Candidate Profile

• 15-20 years of experience in Banking Sector or related field (BFSI).
  
• Strong understanding of Business Communication, Coaching, Leadership Skills, Management Skills, Mentoring, Team Building, and Organization Skills.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
