Role Overview

The Management Trainee Program is a 12–18 month structured track designed to prepare young professionals for consulting and leadership roles at OAWA. Trainees will gain comprehensive exposure across research, strategy design, client delivery, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead specific modules within consulting projects, from research to delivery.
• Conduct research and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Prepare client-facing presentations, frameworks, and structured reports.
• Participate in client engagements, including presentations and follow-ups.
• Contribute to the design and refinement of proprietary OAWA frameworks.
• Mentor interns as part of project teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance, Management, Economics, or related disciplines.
• 0–5 years of experience in consulting, finance, or strategy.
• Strong analytical ability and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
