About The Role
This role drives end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns for India, collaborating across content, design, and operations to deliver high-impact digital, event, and co-marketing initiatives. It involves leveraging AI tools for optimization, managing partnerships with Microsoft, and ensuring accurate lead management and performance reporting to maximize pipeline contribution.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign execution
- Work cross-functionally with content, design, demand generation, and marketing operations to execute campaigns end-to-end for India — including collateral creations, setting up paid media campaigns, and managing workflows
- Coordinate with global marketing operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, including tagging, tactic codes, UTM parameters, CRM uploads, and reporting setup
- Leverage AI-based tools for creative testing, audience expansion, and bid optimization
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance by adjusting spend, creatives, targeting, and messaging
- Execute digital tactics as part of global integrated campaigns — including LinkedIn, Google, display, content syndication, and email nurture
Microsoft Co-Marketing & Partner Engagement
- Liaise with Microsoft marketing teams to plan and execute co-branded campaigns, events, and webinars
- Prepare and submit Microsoft MDF proposals, ensuring brand compliance, clear ROI tracking, and timely reporting
- Maintain regular communication with Microsoft via weekly/monthly connects and newsletters to strengthen the partnership
Events & Webinars
- Plan and execute webinars, roundtables, and events tailored to business goals, target personas, and solution focus areas for India
- Drive pre-event promotions, registrations, and post-event lead nurture via email, social, and sales cadences
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for logistics, speaker alignment, and content creation
- Execute webinars and virtual events as part of global campaigns, in coordination with the global campaigns team
Lead Management
- Ensure accurate lead capture, tracking, and routing of India campaign leads within CRM
- Conduct weekly connects with Inside Sales and Sales to review lead quality, identify gaps, and improve conversion rates
- Align with Inside Sales and Sales on SLAs and lead handoff processes to ensure timely follow-up and campaign impact
- Support Sales and Inside Sales teams with relevant collaterals and campaign assets based on their ongoing needs
Performance Reporting
- Track key metrics such as CPL, lead-to-opportunity conversion, and campaign-influenced revenue
- Share campaign performance updates with India Sales regularly, highlighting wins and areas for improvement
- Analyze campaign data to support quarterly planning and marketing resource allocation
