Job Description

Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting the planning, development and execution of marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, generate leads and support sales efforts. This role requires a creative, proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of various marketing channels. 


Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:

  • Develop engaging and relevant content for various platforms including website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, etc.). 
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. 
  • Assist in managing the content calendar and scheduling posts. 

Digital Marketing:

  • Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO, SEM, social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), email marketing, and display advertising. 
  • Assist in managing website content updates and ensuring SEO best practices are followed. 

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence across relevant platforms. 
  • Engage with the online community and respond to comments/messages. 
  • Stay updated on social media trends and best practices. 

Email Marketing:

  • Assist in developing and executing email marketing campaigns, including newsletter creation, promotional emails, and automated sequences. 
  • Segment email lists and analyze campaign performance. 

Event Support:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, webinars, or trade shows. 
  • Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and attendee engagement. 

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create integrated marketing campaigns. 
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders. 

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with budget tracking for marketing activities. 
  • Manage marketing collateral inventory. 
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the marketing department.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing). 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in content creation and editing. 
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, SendGrid) is a plus. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
