Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and attendee engagement. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing and sales efforts. Collaborate with internal teams to create integrated marketing campaigns. Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders. Administrative Support: Assist with budget tracking for marketing activities. Manage marketing collateral inventory. Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the marketing department. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree and Specialisation Courses in Marketing or Digital Marketing Experience: 2 years of marketing experience, freshers with strong internships may be considered. Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in content creation and editing. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM software is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
