As our Marketing Executive, you will be the brand custodian for both Beeyoung Beer and its D2C experience center, Beeyoung Brewgarden. You will drive engaging marketing campaigns, social media strategies, brand collaborations, and on-ground activations that build brand love, elevate consumer experiences, and deliver on business goals.
· Develop and manage day-to-day social media strategies and execution for Beeyoung Beer and Beeyoung Brewgarden.
· Coordinate with social media and PR agencies to ensure campaigns align with the brand vision and business objectives.
· Plan, create, and curate engaging content in collaboration with creative partners and internal stakeholders.
· Track key performance metrics, audience engagement, and sentiment to optimize digital strategies.
· Identify and build partnerships with influencers, lifestyle creators, photographers, and content partners.
· Plan, organize, and execute photoshoots and video content to maintain a fresh, aspirational brand presence.
· Support merchandising initiatives and POS branding for maximum consumer impact.
· Execute 360-degree marketing campaigns to drive brand recall and engagement.
· Implement consumer promotions, giveaways, and partnerships to build brand affinity.
· Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to proactively identify opportunities.
· Lead event planning and execution for Beeyoung Brewgarden, collaborating closely with hospitality, operations, and creative teams.
· Oversee event calendars, promotional assets, and guest experiences to ensure premium, memorable events.
· Analyze and measure event performance through data and guest feedback.
· Serve as the primary liaison between agencies, internal teams, and external partners.
· Ensure timely approvals, deliverables, and adherence to brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
✔ 1–2 years of core marketing experience in the Alcobev, brewery, or FMCG industry (mandatory).
✔ Passionate about beer, lifestyle branding, and community building.
✔ Highly tuned into social media trends and digital storytelling best practices.
✔ Energetic, creative, and confident in proposing bold marketing ideas.
✔ Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders, agencies, and partners.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field (MBA preferred).
