Role Overview: We’re looking for a proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee all technical operations – including electricals, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen & brewery equipment, and ETP/STP systems. You'll ensure smooth functioning across the restaurant, microbrewery, and guest areas.
