Oversee floor operations to ensure smooth guest service, cleanliness, and efficient table turnover. Welcome guests warmly , assist with seating, take orders when required, and ensure timely and accurate service. Coordinate effectively between the kitchen and service teams to ensure prompt delivery of orders and high guest satisfaction. Address guest queries, feedback, and minor complaints with professionalism, escalating issues when necessary. Train and mentor junior service staff on QSR standards, upselling techniques, and hygiene protocols. Ensure the dining area is clean, well-organized, and aligned with brand presentation standards at all times. Assist the Outlet Manager with shift scheduling, maintaining inventory of service items, and preparing daily operational reports.
