Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms and public areas. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for hospitality, and previous supervisory experience in a hotel or boutique property setting. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, turndown service, and public area maintenance. Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and adherence to quality standards. Train, mentor, and schedule housekeeping staff, ensuring optimal productivity and morale. Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities; coordinate procurement as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal hygiene standards. Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and feedback related to housekeeping. Work closely with front office and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experiences. Maintain records related to room status, staff performance, and housekeeping metrics. Requirements: Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Senior Housekeeping Attendant in a hotel, preferably boutique-style. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks. Familiarity with housekeeping equipment and eco-friendly cleaning practices. Basic computer skills and understanding of housekeeping management systems preferred. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
