Job Description

Role Overview: We’re looking for a proactive Maintenance Manager to oversee all technical operations – including electricals, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen & brewery equipment, and ETP/STP systems. You'll ensure smooth functioning across the restaurant, microbrewery, and guest areas. Key Responsibilities: Lead preventive & corrective maintenance across the property Manage MEP systems, DG sets, HVAC, refrigeration & brewery equipment Ensure ETP/STP operations and facility compliance Collaborate with culinary/service teams for operational support Drive energy efficiency & eco-friendly practices Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering 5–8 years of maintenance experience (hospitality/F&B/brewery preferred) Strong technical know-how and a guest-first attitude Comfortable with flexible, fast-paced work environments Perks: Be part of an iconic lifestyle brand Competitive salary + career growth within Kimaya’s F&B verticals Ready to make things run like clockwork?
