Role Overview:

The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility maintenance and technical operations within Bee young Brew Garden. This includes preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC systems, ETP/STP units, brewery equipment, and general infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the restaurant, microbrewery, and guest areas.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage all maintenance operations for the restaurant, brewery equipment, and facility infrastructure.

· Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules across all technical areas.

· Oversee the upkeep of electrical panels, DG sets, lighting systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, pumps, and plumbing systems.

· Manage the operations and compliance of the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) and Sewage Treatment Plant (STP).

· Conduct routine facility inspections to identify repair needs and ensure timely resolution.

· Maintain records of maintenance work, inspections, breakdowns, and utility consumption.

· Ensure all maintenance practices comply with safety regulations and health codes.

· Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to support operational requirements.

· Monitor energy efficiency and suggest sustainability improvements in line with Kimaya’s eco- conscious brand values.

Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or relevant technical field.

· 5–8 years of experience in facility/maintenance management, preferably in the hospitality, F&B, or brewery industry.

· Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen and brewery equipment.

· Experience managing ETP/STP units and understanding environmental compliance requirements.

· Willingness to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment with flexible hours.

Preferred Skills:

· Working knowledge of food-grade equipment and safety protocols.

· Experience with SCADA/PLC systems, BMS, and automation in hospitality setups.

· Awareness of sustainability practices in energy, water, and waste management.
