Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned and hands-on Property Manager to manage our boutique property located in Gular, Uttarakhand. The property is designed to offer guests a serene and personalized stay experience with a blend of nature, comfort, and hospitality. The Property Manager will be responsible for end-to-end operations, ensuring the highest service standards, upkeep of the property, and smooth coordination between staff, guests, and management.
o Ensure warm, personalized, and seamless guest interactions from check-in to check-out.
o Create curated experiences for guests, highlighting local culture, cuisine, and the property’s boutique appeal.
o Handle guest feedback with professionalism and ensure timely resolution.
·Property Operationso Oversee all operational aspects including housekeeping, F&B, security, landscaping, and maintenance.
o Ensure the property reflects boutique aesthetics – attention to detail in cleanliness, ambiance, and presentation.
o Manage inventory of supplies and ensure cost-effective procurement.
·Staff Managemento Lead a lean, multi-skilled team for efficient day-to-day operations.
o Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality boutique hospitality.
o Monitor schedules, discipline, and team performance.
·Finance & Complianceo Manage property budgets, petty cash, and vendor payments with transparency.
o Work closely with management on revenue, occupancy, and P&L.
o Ensure compliance with labor laws, licenses, and safety regulations.
· Community & Local Liaisono Build positive relationships with local suppliers, vendors, and authorities.
o Promote sustainable practices and integrate local resources into property operations.
Requirements:· Graduate in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
· 4–6 years’ experience in boutique/luxury property operations.
· Strong operational knowledge with hands-on approach (especially in small property setups).
· Excellent communication, leadership, and guest-handling skills.
· Financial acumen to manage budgets and reporting.
· Familiarity with PMS/POS systems preferred.
· Flexible, resourceful, and adaptable to the unique demands of a boutique property in Uttarakhand.
