Job Description – Hostess (Microbrewery)
The Hostess is the first point of contact for guests, responsible for delivering a warm welcome, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth seating arrangements. She maintains the flow of guests in the dining and bar areas, assists with waitlist management, and coordinates with the service team to ensure prompt and pleasant guest experiences. In a microbrewery, the hostess also shares basic information about the brewery’s concept, ongoing promotions, and special events, enhancing overall hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables or bar seating.
• Manage reservation systems and maintain accurate waitlists.
• Coordinate table rotation with servers to ensure efficient service.
• Provide guests with basic details about the brewery, menu highlights, and signature brews.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Handle guest queries, complaints, or special requests courteously and promptly.
• Support the team during peak hours for smooth operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
