·    Track performance metrics and guest sentiment to refine marketing strategies.

·  Partner with travel bloggers, food critics, lifestyle influencers, and hospitality creators to highlight Brew Garden as the ultimate dining & leisure destination.

·  Organize photo & video shoots showcasing the Bee Young brand, plated dishes, bar mixology, decor & service rituals.

Brand Promotions & Guest Engagement

·  Design & execute promotions, seasonal offers, and thematic events aligned with hospitality trends and local tourism seasons.

·  Create on-site branding and merchandising that enhances the guest journey and recall value.

·  Go out and about to research competitor microbreweries and emerging industry trends.

·  Gather insights on guest engagement strategies, appeal factors, and market innovations to keep Bee Young ahead of the curve.

·   Collaborate with culinary, service, and operations teams to deliver exceptional event experiences.

·    Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders to ensure seamless brand-led activations.

·  Act as a Brand Ambassador & Community Upholder for Bee Young & Bee Young Brew Garden, ensuring the brand is represented with authenticity, hospitality, and excellence in every interaction.

·  Foster guest engagement both on-ground and online, building lasting relationships and community loyalty.

·     Liaise between marketing, F&B operations, chefs, service managers & creative teams.

·    Ensure campaigns & events which should reflect both brand identity & hospitality excellence.
