Job Title: Marketing Executive


Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Role Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Executive to support our growing marketing vertical. The role requires an agile professional with hands-on expertise in performance marketing, lead generation, CRM management, and branding initiatives. The candidate will play a critical role in executing 360-degree marketing activities, collaborating with agencies, and assisting the Senior Manager in achieving business goals


Key Responsibilities:


1.Strategic Marketing Coordination

  • Execute 360-degree marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth coordination between digital, offline, and on-ground activities.
  • Liaise with agencies for timely, high-quality deliverables across creative, SEO, media buying, and PR.
  • Assist in implementing marketing automation and new-age tools to streamline workflows.


2.Digital Advertising & Lead Generation

  • Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads with monthly budgets of ₹5L+ to achieve defined ROI and lead targets.
  • Optimize campaigns with a focus on reducing CPL and improving ROAS by 10–15% through data insights.
  • Test new paid channels (LinkedIn Ads, influencer-led campaigns, native ads, etc.) to diversify lead flow.


3.CRM & Funnel Optimization

  • Manage CRM platforms (SellDo, Interakt, or similar) for efficient lead capture, tracking, and nurturing.
  • Enhance sales funnels, landing pages, and websites in collaboration with tech/agency teams.
  • Deploy WhatsApp, SMS, and email automation for improved lead engagement and conversions.


4.Branding & Campaign Execution

  • Drive organic growth via social media content calendars and consistent brand messaging on social platforms.
  • Assist in executing branding campaigns including outdoor media, newspaper ads, and event promotions.
  • Coordinate participation in PR events, exhibitions, and conferences to maximize visibility.
  • Use basic Canva skills for internal collaterals, quick creatives, and campaign mockups (design-heavy tasks handled externally).


5.Cost Optimization & Market Analysis

  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and agencies to improve cost efficiency.
  • Drive in-house marketing initiatives to reduce dependency on external partners.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support strategy alignment and innovation.



Preferred Candidate Profile:


  • 2–5 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, consumer services, or digital-first industries.
  • Experience handling Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Good grasp of social media management, SEO basics, and branding activities.
  • Basic designing/editing skills on Canva for quick creatives and collaterals
  • Knowledge about CRM and Whatsapp/SMS/Email Marketing is added advantage
