Marketing Executive

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Executive (SMS Marketing) to join our team in Birgunj. The ideal candidate will focus on creating, managing, and optimizing SMS marketing campaigns targeted at existing and potential players. This role requires a strong understanding of customer engagement, campaign performance tracking, and regulatory compliance in digital communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute SMS marketing campaigns to drive player engagement, retention, and deposits.
• Manage SMS database segmentation to target players effectively based on activity, behavior, and preferences.
• Craft engaging and persuasive SMS content tailored for promotions, bonuses, and events.
• Coordinate with the CRM and Promotions Team to align SMS campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
• Stay updated on local telecom regulations and procurement of SIM cards
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign results and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with the Customer Support and VIP Teams to personalize SMS outreach for different player segments.

Qualifications & Skills

• Knowledge of online gaming / online casino marketing is an advantage.
• Strong writing skills for short-form, persuasive messaging.
• Proficiency in SMS campaign tools, analytics, and reporting.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
