Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Develop and implement 360° marketing strategies that elevate brand visibility and drive revenue growth.
  • Define annual marketing KPIs, performance frameworks, and ROI measurement systems.

2. Campaign, Branding & Social Media Management

Social Media Leadership (Expanded)

  • Create and execute a robust social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
  • Oversee end-to-end content planning, including storytelling, reels, product showcases, influencer content, and brand campaigns.
  • Drive consistent brand identity and tone across all digital touchpoints.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to increase engagement, follower growth, and community retention.
  • Monitor platform analytics and audience insights to continuously optimize performance.
  • Lead social media calendars, creative briefs, performance reports, and content approvals.
  • Collaborate with influencers, creators, and brand advocates to amplify reach and credibility.

Campaign & Brand Execution

  • Lead all digital and offline marketing campaigns including ads, emailers, collaborations, festive promotions, and retail activations.
  • Work closely with the Brand Strategist to maintain consistent brand positioning across channels.

3. Market Intelligence & Budget Governance

  • Conduct competitive analysis, trend identification, and consumer behavior research to build data-backed strategies.
  • Oversee the marketing budget to ensure effective utilization and high ROI.

4. Content, Communication & Partnerships

  • Supervise the development of premium, high-impact content including photoshoots, product videos, lifestyle imagery, and brand films.
  • Drive communication strategies for website banners, product descriptions, newsletters, and in-store branding.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, stylists, production houses, and influencers.

5. Innovation & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Stay updated on new digital tools, AI-driven marketing trends, and emerging platforms (ex: Threads, Lemon8, Meta AI tools).
  • Collaborate with sales, retail, design, and product development teams to ensure cohesive brand execution.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a marketing leadership role—preferably in jewelry, luxury, fashion, or lifestyle categories.
  • Strong command over social media ecosystems, digital strategy, and paid advertising.
  • Deep understanding of content creation, aesthetics, storytelling, and consumer engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics, ad results, and campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication, team leadership, and creative direction abilities.
  • Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and performance tools is an advantage.
